The 2018 Bed Race benefits the CT Burns Care Foundation.

The Arthur C. Luf Children's Camp has been bringing happiness to young heroes since 1991. We welcome children ages 8 - 18 years old to be a kid again, after experiencing a life-altering burn injury. They eagerly look forward to camp every year; it is an opportunity to see friends, make new ones. It is a chance to be worry-free, away from bullying, and stares, and awkward questions. At Burn Camp, every child is a survivor, so there is no reason to hide your scars. That freedom is a tremendous gift to every attendee and gives them strength to continue their emotional and physical healing journey. All costs associated with this program are borne by the CT Burns Care Foundation, so that every child who wants to attend, can. Some are from New England, some are from elsewhere in the U.S. and some travel internationally to be a part of this special place. We are able to give this gift to every camper thanks to the generosity of our supportive community. On behalf of these smiling faces, thank you for your support of this important program.
